Behaviour Insights is committed to providing advocacy support to our clients with disabilities. This policy ensures that our employees and contractors uphold the rights of people with disabilities and provide the necessary support for them to exercise their rights.
This policy aligns with the NDIS Act 2013, which emphasizes the importance of advocates, including independent advocates, and other representatives for individuals with disabilities. The Act requires registered NDIS providers to cooperate with and facilitate arrangements for advocates and other representatives. This policy also incorporates obligations regarding the provision of advocacy support as outlined by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
Scope
This policy applies to all employees and contractors of Behaviour Insights who work with people with disabilities. It covers all activities, behaviors, and situations related to providing services to individuals with disabilities.

Employees and contractors must:
